Public access to information:

  1. A copy of register of Directors must be filed with the registrar.  However, information from it is not publicly available. In case of any changes in the register of directors, a copy of the updated register must be filed within 30 days after any change. 
  2. A copy of Register of Beneficial owner (BO) must be filed with the Seychelles Financial Intelligence Unit.  

Accounting Records:

An IBC is required to keep reliable accounting records that are sufficient to show and explain the company’s transactions.  A Company’s accounting records shall be kept at its registered office in Seychelles or such other place as the directors think fit ( which may be outside Seychelles) (IBC Guidelines section 31). 

Annual Return:

A company shall no later than 31 December in every year of which it was incorporated furnished to its Registered Agent in Seychelles an annual return declaration.  The Annual return is a document that confirms on a yearly basis the address where the company’s minutes and resolutions & accounting records are being kept. This document is not filed with the FSA or any other Authority. Instead, this document is kept on the company’s file at the registered office.
